4. Known Risks & User Responsibility
Use of a hyperbaric chamber carries inherent risks. The following conditions are known contraindications. Users with any of the following must NOT use this product without prior written clearance from a licensed physician:
Absolute contraindications: Untreated pneumothorax, severe COPD/emphysema, uncontrolled epilepsy, active ear infection, recent open-heart surgery (within 90 days), certain medications (Doxorubicin, Cisplatin, Disulfiram), pregnancy without medical clearance, implanted pacemaker not rated for pressure environments.
Relative contraindications: Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes, severe anemia, claustrophobia, children under 12, post-cranial surgery (within 6 months), significant hepatic or renal impairment.
By using any BariksHealth product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all risks associated with hyperbaric use, and that you have no known contraindications unless you have obtained prior medical clearance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BariksHealth, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and distributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of, or inability to use, any BariksHealth product or this website;
- Any reliance on information provided on this website;
- Any personal injury or property damage resulting from non-compliant, unauthorized, or contraindicated use of the product;
- Any failure to disclose a medical condition prior to use.
This limitation does not apply to damages directly caused by proven gross manufacturing defects attributable to BariksHealth.

United States: This product is not FDA-cleared as a medical device. Wellness use at pressures below 2.5 ATA may be exempt from medical device regulation; use above this threshold may be subject to FDA oversight. Consult applicable regulations before use.
European Union: This product is not CE-marked as a medical device under MDR 2017/745. It is offered solely as a wellness product. Buyers are responsible for verifying applicable national regulations. Wellness use is the sole intended purpose.
Israel: This product is not registered with the Israeli Ministry of Health as a medical device. Wellness use is the sole intended purpose.
7. Operator Requirement
In many jurisdictions, operation of a hyperbaric chamber at pressures above 2.5 ATA requires the presence of a trained and certified operator. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or operator to verify and comply with applicable local laws and safety standards prior to use. BariksHealth accepts no liability for non-compliant operation.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This disclaimer and any disputes arising from use of this website or BariksHealth products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
